Senior Product Manager

• Lead large-scale product efforts aimed at improving claims processing and related systems
• Serve as Epic Owner, orchestrating cross‑functional teams through the full delivery lifecycle
• Collaborate with architecture, operations, compliance, and data teams to ensure robust integration and data flows
• Drive stakeholder collaboration to define, prioritize, and deliver high‑value product features
• Act as a key decision‑maker in agile portfolio events, ensuring optimal sequencing and resourcing for projects

• Minimum 5 years of senior product and/or project management experience within large, matrixed organizations
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with large‑scale claims platforms, specifically Medicare/Medicaid claims
• Advanced expertise in agile methodologies, including SAFe
• Strong knowledge of enterprise agile planning tools such as Jira Align
• Proven leadership in cross‑functional environments with outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Undergraduate degree
• Experience in healthcare or managed care
• SAFe Agile certification
