Base Pay Range$85.00/hr - $105.00/hr

- Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
- Develop personalized, data-informed treatment plans tailored to client needs and progress.
- Support families with strategies and tools to foster success in and outside of therapy.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure continuity and excellence in client care.
- Build a positive, solutions‑oriented environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- A current Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB.
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Utah (or eligibility to obtain before starting).
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
- A passion for empowering individuals and a commitment to ethical, client‑centered care.
