Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setting: Telehealth
Location: West Virginia

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our telehealth team in a full-time capacity. This role focuses on independent clinical work, where you’ll assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to clients through virtual sessions. The structure is straightforward, the schedule is consistent, and the expectations are clearly defined.

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions independently
• Complete clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Identify when referrals or additional resources are appropriate

• Active West Virginia LICSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in clinical mental health treatment
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Strong organization and professional judgment
