Job Description Summary

We have an opening for an experienced Clinical Resource Manager. The role requires the ability to provide end‑user insight to perioperative process enhancement and improvement opportunities, link clinical practice with products and programs, and build strategic alliances with customers and sales representatives to execute successful value‑add programs.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of new products and the improvement of existing products by providing customer (end‑user) insight for process enhancement opportunities.
  • Support sales representatives on product conversions and implementations.
  • Participate in key marketing and trade show activities as needed.
  • Participate in healthcare conferences and perioperative conferences such as AVA, AORN, Magnet, APIC, etc.
  • Analyze customer nursing protocols, processes and infection prevention metrics.
  • Serve as a customer interface with Infection Prevention and a variety of healthcare professionals including CNO, Nursing Directors, C‑Suite, Materials Managers, Quality/Risk Professionals, Education, etc.
  • Conduct utilization reviews of existing customer protocols and processes to identify standardization opportunities.
  • Provide implementation support for infection control programs.
  • Conduct quality investigations, waste assessments, and clinical reviews for improvement recommendations.
  • Observe and recommend best‑practice improvements.
Required Experience
  • RN with a Nursing Bachelor's Degree or Surgical Technician Certification.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience with OR preferred.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time for business purposes.
  • Ability to build positive customer relationships while providing clinical consultative feedback.
  • Experience presenting to and coordinating professional level meetings, including agenda preparation, presentation, and documenting meeting outcomes.
  • Certified Perioperative Nurse certification (preferred).
Salary

The anticipated salary range for this position: $80,800.00 – $ Annual.
