• Lead the end-to-end support for PBM RFPs, including intake, response development, and final submission.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PBM services, including formulary management and clinical programs.
• Collaborate with sales executives to create customized proposals that align with client needs.
• Work cross-functionally with Clinical, Underwriting, Legal, Operations, and IT teams to gather information for RFP responses.
• Enhance a library of standard RFP responses to ensure compliance and alignment with strategic messaging.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in PBM, digital health, or healthcare sales RFP processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience supporting complex RFPs in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of PBM operations, clinical programs, and pharmacy networks.

• Experience in healthcare sales support or proposal development beyond the required 7 years.
