• Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management sales and customer service objectives
• Perform checks and interrogations of all CRM medical device systems post sign-off
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on products and solutions
• Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and support sales objectives
• Maintain software on programmers and manage inventory logistics as needed

• High School Diploma plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare or field sales, or an Associate degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering
• Experience in Cath Lab, EP Lab, or cardiology settings
• Familiarity with medical terminology and the medical device industry
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and other business applications
