About the RoleThis full-time or part-time, on-site/home-based BCaBA/LABA role is based in Vancouver, WA, serving surrounding counties.
In this role, you will:
- Implement and oversee individualized ABA programs
- Conduct behavior assessments and support treatment planning
- Provide direct services when clinically appropriate
- Supervise and support behavior technicians
- Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide parent education and coaching
- Contribute to cohesive, ethical, and effective care plans
You’ll never be expected to do this alone. Strong clinical and admin support is built into the role.

Qualifications- Active LABA or BCaBA licensure/certification (required)
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders (preferred)
- Ability to provide parent education and implement behavior management strategies
Background in psychology, education, or a related field - Strong communication and collaboration skills
