This is a full-time hybrid role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in Alexandria, VA, with some opportunities for remote work. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and providing direct one‑on‑one therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Duties also include working collaboratively with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior support strategies and promoting skill development in children with ASD or other developmental disabilities.

• Proficient in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
• Experience in Behavioral Intervention and understanding behavior management plans
• Strong skills in Communication and collaboration with children, families, and team members
• Foundational knowledge of Psychology or related behavioral science studies
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with children
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
