Description
Board Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with Eating Disorder Experience (Virtual Part-Time)
Position Details- Focus:
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry specializing in Eating Disorders. - Certification & Licensure:
Must be Board Certified. - Medical Licensure:
Requires an active California medical license. - Prescribing:
Licensed to prescribe medications with an active DEA license required. - Setting:
Virtual / Telehealth. - Supervision:
Ability to supervise an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP 103). - Time Commitment:
Approximately 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule. - Pay: $350 per hour
- Provide psychiatric assessment and medication management for children and adolescents with eating disorders.
- Collaborate effectively and comfortably with a multidisciplinary treatment team including medical, nursing, clinical, and dietary professionals.
- Offer clinical supervision to an experienced Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience working in a residential treatment setting is preferred.
