Cadence Care Network is seeking a Licensed Suggestionist to provide intensive home‑based programming to juvenile justice/child welfare involved youth in Trumbull County.

Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is an evidence‑based, intensive family and community treatment model that focuses on all environmental systems impacting chronic juvenile offenders, their families, schools, neighborhoods, and peers. The role involves delivering intensive home‑based treatment (IHBT) that integrates community Cube supportive psychiatric treatmentigroup (CPST), therapeutic behavioral services (TBS), mental health assessment, crisis response, individual service plan delivery, behavioral health counseling, and social services with the goal of preventing out‑of‑home placement or facilitating a successful transition back to home.

Deliver intensive home‑based treatment, coordinate community psychiatric support, conduct mental health assessments, manage crisis response, and develop individualized service plans for children and adolescents and their families.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
• Current licensure by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board as an LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC.
• Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and sound judgment.
• Experience in mental health and working with youth and families.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment and make decisions that best serve individuals and families.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle, insurance, and ability to use your car for work.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screening and ODJFS approved criminal records check.
