• Develop and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
• Provide effective communication and relationship‑building with leadership and stakeholders
• Assist in developing agreements that comply with relevant policies and regulations
• Negotiate, draft, and process various types of contracts with public and private entities
• Centralized support for 1-3 divisions, ensuring effective collaboration across departments

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related job discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders
• Knowledge of contracting frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA)

• Experience in public and private contract negotiation and management
• Familiarity with research funding agreements and collaborations
• Proven ability to provide guidance and training on budget and contracting issues
• Track record of successful relationship management across departments
• Interest in innovative practices within the healthcare sector
