Have you ever wanted to do something different as an MRI technologist?
UVA Imaging located in the beautiful city of Charlottesville VA, is expanding our Virtual MRI technologist coverage. With the high demand for technologists, UVA Imaging will be adding evening hours to our current Virtual MRI availability.
We are looking for an experienced MR Technologist to be the Steering Technologist, someone who has the ability to operate 2 MRI units with the help of patient facing MRTA staff. The physical location for this job is 415 Ray C Hunt, Charlottesville campus (not on-site at the outpatient center).
No remote scanning from home.

RequirementsEducation:
- Must have a minimum Associates Degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography, or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologistsra (ARMIT) and maintain current valid registration from ARRT or ARMIT. MR advanced registration through ARRT or ARMIT is required upon hire for IDTF centers. Non-IDTF centers require MR advanced registry within the first 12 months of employment. Additionally, must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which krem practice.
