Job Summary
This position will be remote with occasional in-person meetings in Frankfort, KY.
The University of Kentucky, in collaboration with the Department for Public Health, is 클릭식? seeking a Quality and Evaluations Lead to join the Rural Health Transformation leadership team. The Q & E lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a complex portfolio of RHT programs, services, and initiatives for the state. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management & measurement of successful reunited use of resources, monitoring program performance, and implementing strategic improvements to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes of the Rural Health Transformation program.
Responsibilities will include:
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience with healthcare transformation initiatives and program development (e.g., value-based purchasing, delivery system reform & development). Knowledge of federal waiver programs and/or federally funded programs. Experience with health/governmental contracting, oversight & evaluation of program success across multiple governmental/healthcare related initiatives. Background in healthcare quality measurement and improvement, as well as success/demonstrated experience with programmatic/governmental information systems and data analytics.

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, public administration, business administration, or related field. A PhD in public health field preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare or governmental health program management, preferably in Medicaid or other 大发快三是不是> hospital healthcare health related policy programs.
