About the RoleWe are seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to provide remote preventive nutrition counseling for adult patients with chronic and cardiometabolic conditions. This role is 100% remote and ideal for RDs looking for flexible scheduling while delivering high-impact, evidence-based care.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide preventive nutrition counseling via telehealth for patients with:
- Obesity
- Hypertension (HTN)
- Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, Prediabetes)
- Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
Deliver individualized, patient-centered care plans focused on lifestyle modification and disease prevention.
Document encounters clearly and accurately in a secure digital platform.
Collaborate with care teams as needed to support continuity of care.
Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and telehealth best practices.
Qualifications- Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
- Current U.S. state licensure where applicable
- Experience in chronic disease management and preventive nutrition counseling preferred
- Comfortable providing care via telehealth platforms
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fully remote work – no travel required
