The Licensed Psychological Associate’s primary responsibility is to complete psychological evaluations of the company’s clients across multiple states to determine if an autism diagnosis is appropriate. The LPA will report directly to the COO.
- Conduct evaluations for autism spectrum diagnosis and provide diagnosis as appropriate (i.e., ADI‑R, ADOS‑2, AVABO, CARS).
- Convert all sessions in CR once evaluation and write up have been fully completed.
- Complete evaluation reports in line with insurance requirements within 2.5 weeks from initial client session (subject to caretaker availability to schedule the sessions).
- Conduct peer‑to‑peer reviews to address any questions insurance providers have regarding psychological evaluations.
- Attend conferences and professional meetings as required.
- Participate in all required internal meetings.
- Billing expectation of 10 insurance authorized hours per week.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
- Active Licensed Psychological Associate license in North Carolina.
- Hybrid, part‑time position based in Raleigh, NC, with 1–2 in‑office days per month and remote work for the remainder.
- Starting at 10 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
The expected compensation range for our Licensed Psychological Associate role is $80 – $100 per hour. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors such as your skills, education,PSD experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
