We’re seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way.

Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.

• Competitive Pay: $55–$80/hr
• Start Part‑Time:
  Transition to full‑time after 90 days

• Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
• Supervise ABA programs and staff
• Support and train caregivers & RBTs
• Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical and decision‑making skills
• Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness

Competitive hourly salary: $55–$80/hr.

Available in Aurora, Brighton, Broomfield, Thornton, Centennial, Castle Rock, Denver and other Colorado locations. Remote options may be available.
