Salary up to $90,000 per year plus monthly bonus opportunities.

- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals.
- Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
- Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
- Active Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure.
- Eligibility to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
