Position: Exec Robotic Stapling Specialist (DFW West TX)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the district expert on stapling technologies, providing hands‑on training and clinical support to surgical teams
  • Lead the introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures in the district
  • Initiate and execute district‑wide market development programs, including therapy awareness and peer‑to‑peer training
  • Maintain a consistent presence in robotic procedures to enhance expertise and support program development
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas while improving opportunity management and forecasting accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of medical device sales experience
  • Ability to travel 50% within the territory
  • Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with key decision‑makers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in surgical or related fields with a strong understanding of clinical environments
  • Business acumen and ability to analyze regional sales potential
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
