Do you want to make a difference to those living with a diagnosis of Dementia?

At Dementia NI our members, all of whom are all living with a diagnosis of dementia, are at the heart of our organisation. With them, we work to challenge the stigma of a dementia diagnosis and help people with dementia across Northern Ireland to have their voice heard.

We are now recruiting an Empowerment Facilitator – Belfast and surrounding areas based within our Empowerment Team.

  • Empowerment facilitator - 28 – 37.5 hours per week – open to discussion
  • Salary £27,135 - £29,790 FTE (Point 1 on scale)
  • Home Based within the designated area (Belfast and surrounding areas) as outlined in your contract of employment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dementia NI as an Empowerment Facilitator. You will be working with and for people with dementia, supporting the delivery of our empowerment groups and activities for our members.
