Job Description
We are looking for a

Functional Lead – Medical Affairs

to lead Medical Affairs solutions within Veeva Vault and enable compliant medical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Vault Medical implementations and enhancements
Configure Medical Inquiry, Medical Content, Events, and workflows
Support MSL, Medical Information, and Scientific Communications teams
Ensure compliance with medical, promotional, and non-promotional regulations
Facilitate business process alignment across medical functions
Drive UAT, training, and adoption strategies
Act as primary functional escalation point

Required Qualifications
5+ years of Veeva Vault Medical experience
Veeva Vault Medical certification(s)

(mandatory)
Strong understanding of Medical Affairs operations and compliance
Experience supporting MSL and Medical Information teams
Excellent cross-functional communication skills

Certifications a Plus:
Veeva Vault Medical (Med Comms, Promo Mats, Medical Inquiry, Events)
