• Learn the installation process and establish rapport with customers while resolving issues promptly
• Perform installation and maintenance in at least one modality, with opportunities to expand knowledge in multiple modalities
• Complete all administrative duties within established time frames, including documentation and reports
• Travel extensively to customer locations, which may include overnight stays and weekend work
• Safely work in healthcare environments, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in electromechanical industries
• Strong understanding of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory for equipment installation and repair
• Associate Degree in electronics or a related field; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for a field service position
• Willingness to travel up to 100%, including potential international travel

• Experience with Image Guided Therapy equipment
• Previous field service experience in healthcare technology
• Additional certifications related to imaging systems or electronics
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare settings
