Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pay
  • $85,000-$90,000 (Base Salary) + Up to $6,000 in Annual Bonuses
  • $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus
  • $5,000 (Relocation Bonus)

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze challenging behaviors.
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral strategies.
  • Monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies.
Qualifications
  • Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). (Required)
  • Hands‑on experience using ABA to support neurodivergent children or adolescents, including those on the autism spectrum.
