Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Oswego Clinic

We're currently seeking a dedicated Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (40% work from home/60% in-clinic) to provide essential therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create impactful therapy programs, mentor a team of Behavior Technicians, collaborate with other specialists, and manage your caseload effectively.

• We boast a low turnover rate, 30% - 50% lower than the average rate in the fields of Autism and IDD. This means less time training new hires and more time collaborating with seasoned technicians.
• Our clinical structure provides multiple layers of support, including removing many operational tasks from our BCBAs’ plates so that they can focus more on clinical quality. BCBAs also collaborate between clinical locations to help support one another!
