• Develop and deliver comprehensive Blair training solutions for the Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) Team
• Manage onboarding planning and facilitate in‑class and virtual training for new hires
• Gather feedback from trainees and leadership to continually improve the training program
• Design and implement professional training materials, including Instructor Guides and presentations
• Serve as the point of contact for problem resolution and training staff using CRMs

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of sales/marketing/training experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of sales/marketing/training experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of sales/marketing/training experience OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of sales/marketing/training experience
• Strong understanding of access and reimbursement for biologic medications
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Ability to travel up to 25% as Rig needed

• 3+ years of training, sales, and/or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries
• Experience developing training content and supplemental materials
• Strong understanding of the Buy and Bill process and Specialty Pharmacy Fulfillment process
• Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders to deliver results
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
