Sereno Clinic is offering individual, couples, and family counseling to complement our IOP and PHP offerings. We are seeking passionate therapists who are looking for full or part time work under our group practice that offers the support needed for you to focus on therapy. We handle initial scheduling, client intake, billing, etc. We have a lovely and spacious furnished office for in person sessions and also will support telehealth therapists.

This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, variety, and clinical autonomy without burnout or productivity pressure. You’ll work with a diverse caseload that may include children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups, based on your interests and scope of practice.
We are especially seeking Spanish-speaking or bilingual clinicians to meet the needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children & adolescents, adults, couples & families
- Deliver services via telehealth and in person
- Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinical leadership as needed
- Facilitate group therapy (preferred but not required)
- One of the following credentials (active or eligible in Maryland): LCPC, LGPC, LCSW, LGSW, LGADC, ADT
- Ability to practice independently or under supervision (as applicable)
- Comfort with telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual (highly preferred)
- Experience with children and adolescents, family systems, couples counseling
- Interest in or experience facilitating group therapy
- Prior outpatient or community mental health experience
- Flexible part-time scheduling
