What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to achieve Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
  • Conduct checks/interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions
  • Assist in managing inventory and documentation for patient registrations and hospital requirements
  • Stay updated on new products and complete assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing; or
  • Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; or
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory

  • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
  • Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., )
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast‑paced environment
