Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Tennessee
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote outpatient team supporting adults and/or adolescents across Tennessee. In this role, you’ll focus on structured assessments, weekly therapy sessions, and practical care planning that fits into your clients’ real lives. You’ll work within a clear, Monday–Friday schedule while providing meaningful clinical care from your home office.

• Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations via secure video.
• Develop and update treatment plans with clear, achievable goals.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes in the EHR.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and community resources when needed.
• Follow risk management and crisis protocols, including safety planning and referrals.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Tennessee

• 1–2+ years of post-master’s clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or community mental health.
• Experience with telehealth or willingness to learn virtual care workflows.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills.

• Annual salary: $115,000 – $120,000.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime schedule.
• 2 weeks PTO.
