- Maintain a minimum of 15 client sessions per week
- 60/40 revenue split in favor of the clinician

- Claims processing, billing, and collections fully managed by Ellie

- Conduct psychological evaluations and provide psychotherapy services within scope of licensure
- Create, implement, and update treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and company policy
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plan reviews
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 client visits per week
- Provide high‑quality, client‑centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize creativity and evidence‑based interventions to help clients meet and exceed therapeutic goals
- Coordinate care with families, medical providers, schools, case managers, and other Ellie clinicians as needed
- Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team collaboration opportunities
- Other meaningful responsibilities that support the mission and culture of Ellie Mental Health
- Independently licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD; licensed in Maryland)
- Experience completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Timely completion of documentation and compliance with clinical standards
- Comfort working with a diverse and inclusive client population
- Interest in maintaining or growing a sustainable long‑term caseload within a group practice
- Familiarity with insurance‑based care and documentation requirements
- Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary or group practice setting
