• Maintain a minimum of 15 client sessions per week

• Conduct psychological evaluations and provide psychotherapy services within scope of licensure
• Create, implement, and update treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and company policy
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plan reviews
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 client visits per week
• Provide high‑quality, client‑centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize creativity and evidence‑based interventions to help clients meet and exceed therapeutic goals
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, schools, case managers, and other Ellie clinicians as needed
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team collaboration opportunities
• Other meaningful responsibilities that support the mission and culture of Ellie Mental Health

• Independently licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD; licensed in Maryland)
• Experience completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
• Timely completion of documentation and compliance with clinical standards
• Comfort working with a diverse and inclusive client population

• Interest in maintaining or growing a sustainable long‑term caseload within a group practice
• Familiarity with insurance‑based care and documentation requirements
• Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary or group practice setting
