• Conduct auditing, compliance, and reporting for the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
• Build reports from electronic health records, third‑party software, and vendor data.
• Collect data and perform data integrity monitoring.
• Assist in executing periodic 340B audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain appropriate inventory of 340B drugs and oversee third‑party software database.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant 340B experience preferred, or 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of pharmacy supply chain operations and 340B program requirements.
• Ability to serve as a liaison between pharmacy operations, finance, and compliance teams.

• Experience with third‑party software functionality related to pharmacy operations.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
• Previous roles that involved compliance auditing and reporting.
