• Review and understand various contracts, including provider, workers compensation, and managed care agreements
• Develop and implement contract ranking and tracking systems
• Prepare contract summaries, payor notices, and updates while troubleshooting contract issues
• Facilitate communication between employer groups, third-party administrators, and office staff
• Maintain complex spreadsheets of financial and reimbursement data for management

• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare, insurance, legal, or managed care industries
• Working knowledge of contracts and experience in contracting, claims processing, or coding
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs; database experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience working in a provider office, clinic, legal, or insurance organization
• Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
