Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (Telehealth)

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) licensed in New York State to join our expanding telehealth team. This is a unique opportunity to provide impactful, one‑on‑one medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and counseling to patients across New York — all from the comfort of your home.

You’ll work with patients managing chronic conditions, digestive health, weight concerns, and general wellness. This role offers clinical autonomy while being supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver one‑on‑one counseling and follow‑ups via HIPAA‑compliant telehealth tools
• Accurately document all encounters in the EHR system
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and care coordinators
• Educate patients and families on dietary strategies and supplement use
• Stay current on evidence‑based practices and telehealth standards
• Contribute to patient satisfaction and care quality improvement efforts

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) via the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Certified Dietitian‑Nutritionist (CDN) license in New York State
• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, Simple Practice, Advanced
  
  MD)
• Strong communication and tech literacy
• A secure remote workspace with high‑speed internet

Preferred / Huge Plus:

• Medicare and/or Medicaid provider enrollment
• Prior telehealth or digital health experience
• Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.)
• Specialty certifications (e.g., CDCES, renal nutrition, pediatric nutrition)
