The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) is a frontline resource for key accounts, delivering high‑quality touchpoints that support the sales team. The role focuses on maintaining relationships with hospital providers, ensuring inventory coordination, preparing patients for fits, and supporting ongoing clinical documentation and renewal processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Work within assigned key accounts to provide quality and timely patient fittings.
- Aid in providing additional documentation from patients and providers post‑fit.
- Provide initial patient fittings and field‑based follow‑up tasks.
- Support EMR set‑up within key accounts for easy order processing.
- Provide recommendations to the care team for patient compliance and experience processes and training.
- Link the SWO renewal process back to physicians for ongoing care.
- Provide clinical in‑services to personnel within key accounts.
- Manage inventory for fittings in local areas.
- Support SWO growth and maintenance within established accounts.
- Forecast and regulate inventory management needs for local areas.
- Support follow‑up tasks for renewals, discharge dates, delivery documentation, and clinical documentation.
- Review Care Station reports for patient‑triggered episodes and events to communicate with providers.

Education/Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in sciences or business.
- Minimum 2 years in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable healthcare setting.
- Competent with Microsoft products, Salesforce, and remote patient monitoring systems.
- Excellent communication skills and cross‑collaboration across modalities.
- Consistent remote work ability.
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a good driving record.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Prior experience in medical device and/or DME.
- Minimum 2 years in electrophysiology, cardiology, nursing, and/or cardiac medical device.
- 3+ years experience in the cardiology space including patient education.
- Experience working closely with Sales Leaders and Territory Managers in the field.
- Start‑up experience with strategy execution and clear cross‑organization communication.
