• Develop and design health and wellness programs in collaboration with assigned facilities
• Support regional teams with operations, new program design, and implementation of products and services
• Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and manage outcomes
• Prepare and present educational information aligned with the wellness program's mission
• Provide on-site screening support and health coaching as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Strong computer literacy and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn new software applications and maintain databases

• Experience in program development and implementation within wellness or healthcare settings
• Knowledge of employee wellness research and standards
• Familiarity with health coaching techniques and biometric screenings
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments
