A leading healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Collections representative. In this remote role, you will assist clients' customers in managing their outstanding balances while ensuring exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, arranging debt repayment, maintaining compliance with HIPAA, and managing patient disputes. Ideal candidates will have collections experience in healthcare and proficiency with Software Epic.

Competitive hourly pay range of $16.00 – $19.00 based on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance and 401(k).
