• Provide an accurate schedule of your availability so we know when you can pick up hours and serve our clients regularly.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with Touching Hearts at Home office staff.
• Assist seniors and adults with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, transferring, walking, climbing stairs, eating, shopping, cooking/meal preparation, PT and medication reminders, using the phone, light housekeeping, daily sanitization of living areas, laundry, and transportation.
• Assist with driving (in the client's car or your vehicle) and accompany clients to doctors’ appointments.
• Be compassionate, caring, empathetic, and hold high expectations for your performance.
• Pay attention to detail and notice changes in client health, appearance, and behavior.
• Provide personalized care according to the customized Care Plans.
• Assist clients to be safe, happy, and healthy in their home, nursing home, hospital, rehab center, hospice, or wherever it is that they call home.

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional experience as a CNA or PCA.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 15 miles for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and driving record check.
• Must complete a successful background check and drug test.
• Compensation is $20.00 per hour.
