Nor Tek Medical Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote position supporting clients in South Carolina.
Position Summary
As a Remote BCBA, you will oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs via telehealth, providing clinical supervision, treatment planning, and caregiver collaboration. This role focuses on clinical oversight rather than direct in-person services and is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility while maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct remote functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide remote supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
Deliver parent and caregiver training via telehealth platforms
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and state regulations
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams, schools, and providers
Participate in virtual team meetings and case conferences
Clinical Setting
Fully remote / telehealth-based role
Services provided to clients located throughout South Carolina
RBTs may provide in-home or clinic-based services locally, while BCBA oversight is delivered remotely
Qualifications
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Active South Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience providing remote supervision or telehealth ABA services preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
Ability to manage caseloads independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and private workspace
