• Provide clinical and technical support and training on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on the use of CAS products and related procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth

• High school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
• Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to move throughout the facility and interact with personal computers

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a related technical discipline
• Proven experience with technical training assignments
• Background in cardiac catheter ablation or EP medical sales providing technical or clinical support
