• Provide peer support over the phone, connecting with individuals in need
• Build rapport and engage clients while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
• Offer resources and information to callers as needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free home office
• Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with colleagues

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
• Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire additional certification as required by law
• Ability to work holidays and weekends, as peer support is needed year-round
• Commitment to personal recovery and professional handling of confidential information

• Previous experience in a peer support role or crisis intervention
• Familiarity with the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line or similar services
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse populations
• Experience in a structured team environment
