• Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from a distraction‑free private office space
• Speak with callers over the phone to connect with individuals in need
• Build rapport and engage clients effectively
• Provide resources and information needed for callers
• Remain calm and professional while multitasking to support callers

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
• Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
• Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to work holidays and weekends, with a primary schedule from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM Mountain Time (MT)

• Previous experience in a peer support or crisis intervention role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with mental health resources and support services
• Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
