• Develop and implement wellness programs and community health initiatives
• Coordinate on-site events, screenings, and educational activities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and report outcomes to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to support regional health initiatives
• Provide telephonic and on-site health coaching for lifestyle management programs

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software applications
• Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends

• Experience in program development or community health initiatives
• Familiarity with wellness program evaluation tools and methods
• Previous involvement in health coaching or lifestyle management programs
• Knowledge of current trends in employee wellness and community health
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse populations
