- Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for assigned patients, including assessment and treatment plan development
- Collaborate with and train caregivers, as well as provide ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians
- Monitor treatment integrity and ensure adherence to treatment protocols
- Analyze patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and patient response
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Familiarity with electronic documentation and data analysis tools
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Desire for continuous learning and professional development
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
