What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for assigned patients, including assessment and treatment plan development
  • Collaborate with and train caregivers, as well as provide ongoing coaching to behavioral technicians
  • Monitor treatment integrity and ensure adherence to treatment protocols
  • Analyze patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and patient response
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation and data analysis tools
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
