Per Diem Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care

Location: Kearny, NJ
Care Setting: In-Home Pediatric Care
Shifts: 12-Hour Overnights (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $55.00/hour

Affirmed Home Care, a trusted leader in concierge-level home health services, is seeking Per Diem Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one overnight care for an infant client in a private home setting.

This opportunity is ideal for pediatric RNs who value flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the ability to focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care.

• Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
• Administer JPEG tube feedings and manage oxygen
• Monitor patient condition and ensure safety and comfort
• Communicate effectively with family members and the clinical care team

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric RN experience (acute or home care)
• At least 1 year of pediatric PEG tube experience
• PALS certification required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Current physical exam (within 1 year)
• PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• MMR immunizations (within 10 years)
• Flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
• Valid driver’s license preferred
