• Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives
• Represent the employer during ablation procedures to offer troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to AFS products
• Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers
• Update sales representatives on procedures and promptly notify Account Managers regarding any issues

• High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 11 years of experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
• Associate degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• IBHRE, RCIS, or RCES Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory

• Experience with Medtronic products or services
• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
• Completion of a pacing school or ATI-like training program
• Proven track record in technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field providing technical/clinical support
