Key Autism Services is on the lookout for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our dynamic team!

Salary range: $85,000-$115,000+, with achievable bonuses!

    Home-based BCBAs can create their schedule—no weekends required; center-based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
  • Previous ABA experience is required.
  • Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write detailed progress reports.
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for lasting success.
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
  • Support and instruct families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors while implementing replacement behaviors through ABA principles.
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses as needed, reviewing program effectiveness and making necessary recommendations.
