Salary range: $85,000-$115,000+, with achievable bonuses!

Hours:
Home-based BCBAs can create their schedule—no weekends required; center-based BCBAs enjoy no nights or weekends. - Minimized Drive Times: Location-based client matching to maximize quality care.

Requirements:
- Must possess a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
- Previous ABA experience is required.
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write detailed progress reports.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for lasting success.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
- Support and instruct families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors while implementing replacement behaviors through ABA principles.
- Conduct functional assessments and analyses as needed, reviewing program effectiveness and making necessary recommendations.
