Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health agency on a PRN (as needed) basis in the Wooster/Canton area. The RN will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality medical care to patients in their homes.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a home health or similar setting.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medication, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and community resources.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies.

Schedule: This position is PRN (as needed), and the schedule may vary based on patient needs. RNs will have the opportunity to accept or decline shifts based on their availability.
