We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Enrollment Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our program reach.

Position Overview:

The Enrollment Specialist will run call campaigns to screen and enroll participants into our diabetes prevention program. Success in this position involves effectively engaging potential participants, ensuring they understand the program's value, and maintaining high enrollment and attendance rates. This role is essential to Yumlish's growth and impact, as it directly contributes to our mission of improving community health.

Responsibilities:
Screening and Enrollment:
  • Conduct Call Campaigns: Initiate outbound call campaigns to potential participants identified through various channels (e.g., referrals, marketing campaigns, clinic partnerships).
  • Assess Eligibility: Use structured screening questionnaires to evaluate if potential participants meet the criteria for the diabetes prevention program.
  • Guide Enrollment: Assist eligible participants through the enrollment process, providing clear explanations of program details, benefits, and next steps.
Communication and Engagement:
  • Communicate Program Value: Effectively articulate the benefits of the diabetes prevention program, customizing the message to resonate with each individual's context and needs.
  • Follow-up: Contact participants who miss their first session to re-engage them, address any issues, and encourage continued participation.
Administrative and Reporting:
  • Document Interactions: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential and enrolled participants in the CRM system.
  • Generate Reports: Produce regular reports on call campaign outcomes, enrollment statistics, and follow-up activities to share with the program manager.
Support and Coordination:
  • Provide Participant Support: Answer questions and offer support to participants throughout the enrollment process and initial stages of the program.
  • Coordinate Transitions: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless transition for participants from enrollment to program engagement.
  • Collect Feedback: Gather and analyze feedback from participants about the enrollment process to inform and enhance future strategies.
  • Stay Informed: Keep current on the latest information about diabetes prevention and effective communication techniques, participating in ongoing training as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse range of individuals.
  • Empathy and Patience: Strong ability to empathize with participants and address their concerns with patience and understanding.
  • Relevant

    Experience:

    Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient enrollment roles is preferred.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring timely follow-up on pending issues.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
