Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Home Autism Services | Angier, NC
Location: Angier

Autism Center of Excellence (Autism

COE) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in‑home ABA services for a child and family in Angier, NC
.

This role is ideal for a certified RBT who enjoys 1:1 in‑home work, a predictable schedule, and strong BCBA supervision. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and support meaningful progress for the child and family.

Schedule
  • Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Compensation

Hourly pay: $22–$27 per hour (experience‑dependent)

Employment Type

Part‑time or supplemental hours

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and document session data accurately
  • Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  • Follow behavior support and safety plans
  • Communicate professionally with the family and clinical team
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing training
Requirements

Required

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation for in‑home services
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate work style
  • Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA
  • Ability to pass required background checks

Preferred

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs
