Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analysts) for in‑home ABA therapy services in the greater Atlanta, GA area. This position is mainly a remote position with the occasional in‑person assessment/re‑assessment.

• Develop individualized assessments and treatments plans
• Plan, Manage and Support Technician staffs implementation of behavioral intervention plans
• Provide ABA training for parent and other caregivers
• Monitor and evaluate progress and treatment effectiveness regularly
• Manage data regarding the client's progress using our software program
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Holds a master's degree in behavior analysis from a college or university accredited by the Association for Behavioral Analysis.
• Display excellent clinical competence and judgment; ability of working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Proven experience in the ABA Field.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices with a focus on child development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with families and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of care.
• Need to be Licensed or in the process to becoming Licensed in the State of Georgia.
