Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Relocation Available

Compensation

$80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!

Requirements
  • Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Personal means of reliable transportation
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and regular progress assessments
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Supervise and train dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
  • Provide guidance to families on managing challenging behaviors
  • Review program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
