Compensation$80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!

- Master's Degree in ABA or related field
- Personal means of reliable transportation
- Previous ABA experience
- Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services
- Conduct initial assessments and regular progress assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans
- Supervise and train dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Provide guidance to families on managing challenging behaviors
- Review program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
